Can't mount usb and cdrom as a normal user

Hi.

I would like to ask for your help. I use Arch linux with KDE. On my two mobile computers (laptop and notebook uses Arch 32 bit) i don't have this particular problem, this occured on my desktop machine - Arch x64 bit. I just can't mount usb devices or even cdrom trough dolphin. I have to use terminal and i'm able to mount it only as a root with authorization.

Could somebody help me? I have this error:

What i tried so far:
-checked all policykit files on second machine. All of them look exacly the same with the same user privileages. I checked /usr/share/polkit-1/actions files and /etc/polkit-1/rules.d files
-checked journalctl:

I don't have anything more to check. Even when i create new user, efect is still the same. Can mount only in terminal. What's wrong with it?
