Dolphin (Plasma 5) does not show custom folder icon

Dolphin isn't showing custom folder icons. The .directory file is there and shows e.g. "Icon=folder-yellow", but the default folder icon is shown. Any reason for this? Has there been a bug filed for it? (I can't find one.)

Which Frameworks version?
Should be fixed in 5.14.

Has there been a bug filed for it? (I can't find one.)
