Dolphin with Git integration not working

I am using OpenSuse 13.2 with KDE 4.14.9 and Dolphin 15.04.0.
In Dolphin | Settings | Configure Dolphin | Services I have Git checked. I have git 2.1.4-13.1 installed.
Yet when I go to a git repository in Dolphin I see absolutely no Git menu items in either the top-level menus or the mouse right-clicked context menu.
What is missing in my setup in order to have Git support integrated in Dolphin ?
