Hello
Can anyone explain to me why is mouse wheel scrolling in Dolphin slower than in internet browsers?
This is very annoying. How can I correct this problem?

Nothing? Can anyone confirm this problem at least?

No.
Does it affect only dolphin or all Qt5 applications?
In case only dolphin, all views on dolphin or just some?

Okular and Kate scrolling are ok, but Dolphin (all views) and wallpappers list scrolling are slower. :o
Why?

run "kcmshell5 mouse" and on the second tab adjust the "wheel scrolls by" setting.
Scrolling QtQuick views can be slow, but that should not affect the main view in dolphin.

Reproducible with a fresh user account?

It sounds like a problem in K*ItemView/QGraphicsWidget, but I can neither reproduce this, nor imagine more reasons :-(

Yes. With Manjaro 15.12 this problem does not happen. I use Antergos.

So your distro icon is incorrect :-P

libinput as mouse driver instead of evdev?
(check /var/log/Xorg.0.log)

Yes, I am using libinput driver.

I'd consider trying evdev then ;-)
(Could easily be the cause)
