I am a user of Beyond Compare.
I just created the Beyond Compare service menu, based on the Meld one.

I just don't know where to publish it, so I registered here.

You just have to add a file in ~/.kde/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus/ in example the file name is 173000-bcompare_servicemenu.desktop.

content:

Code: Select all
[Desktop Entry]
Type=Service
ServiceTypes=KonqPopupMenu/Plugin
MimeType=all/all;
Actions=bcompareCompareEachOther;
X-KDE-Priority=TopLevel
X-KDE-StartupNotify=false
;if you want it to be under a compare submenu
;X-KDE-Submenu=Compare
;X-KDE-Submenu[it]=Confronta

[Desktop Action bcompareCompareEachOther]
Icon=document-preview
Name=Compare (Beyond Compare)
Name[it]=Confronta (Beyond Compare)
Exec=bcompare %U;

And Voila

You could upload your service menu to the KDE Store: https://store.kde.org
Dolphin Service menus: https://store.kde.org/browse/cat/102/

The KDE Store service menus can be installed from the Dolphin > [Control / Settings] > Configure Dolphin > Services > Download New Services > Dolphin Add-On Installer.
