I think it is badly named in Dolphin and leads to confusion among users, it should not be called "audio preview" but "audio cover" or something similar. Audio preview I understand that is when you hover the mouse over the icon and it starts to sound automatically. The same could be said of videos, one thing is a "video thumbnail" and another thing is a "video preview", where if you hover your mouse over a file a small video should be played.
Dolphin lacks these two characteristics (audio and video preview) and I sincerely believe that they are essential today, the most **** website on the planet has more dynamism in this sense than a modern file manager like Dolphin. |
