Iv been tinkering with writing simple service menus for dolphin. A simple "copy full path" example:-

Code: Select all
[Desktop Entry]
Type=Service
ServiceTypes=KonqPopupMenu/Plugin
MimeType=application/octet-stream;inode/directory
Actions=copyPath;
X-KDE-Priority=TopLevel

[Desktop Action copyPath]
Name=Copy path
Exec=printf %U | xsel -b -i

But when i use it i get a "window" icon flash up on my panel. Iv tried redirecting the output and sending command to background but i can't seem to be able to stop it showing up on my panel.

How do i run a service script silently ?

Essay writing services are now enabling students to study more streamlined. I know this site - https://https://writing-help.com/assignment.html where I order a lot of different assignments and dissertations and term papers. It's easy and, most importantly, effective. The student has a lot of free time and, of course, the student can learn something new, read a lot of material. But what swings written work is that it can be entrusted to the essay writing service. Personally, I have been using this service for a couple of years. Everything is in order, everything is done qualitatively. Enjoy.

1)You didn't set an icon. 2)Try this command: Exec=dbus-send --type=method_call --dest=org.kde.klipper /klipper org.kde.klipper.klipper.setClipboardContents string:"%u"

Since I don't use the default copy/move service I added it to a more elaborate submenu. https://imgur.com/a/IIw3Ebg

This realm's name is Maya. And she speaks Hertz. But Ahamkara makes a fuzz about it.
