Custom icon set in Dolphin's places ignored

Hello,
I created a place and I set the icon to the black folder. In another place, I set the icon to custom Red Hat icon I created.
My problem is that the "Places" does not honor this setting.

As you can see form the sreenshots, the icon is correctly set in the place, but the display is the standard dolphin's directory icon. Is this a bug or is there an option to display it correctly?

Are you using the Breeze icon theme and the 'folder-black' icon ?

The Breeze 'folder-black' icon look is depending the icon size.

The Dolphin places has the icon size setting:
