Problem filing bug report as no dbg available for v16.04.3

I am trying to file a bug report for version 16.04.3 and due to not being able to install the dbg file for the above version, it is going to be rejected.
Is anyone having the same problems or have you manage to install the dbg file for that version? If you can help, please do. |
