Hello,
Dropbox automatically creates a new HTML file for the browser that should be opened. But KDE Dolphin recognizes this HTML file as a Perl file when a line of code "use strict" was written in it, but Perl file is not for the browser. But another filesystem Thunar is on KDE and recognizes as html - not perl. This is why I think it is a Dolphin bug? |

You in a hurry? Sorry, didn't see this until now, I am not permanently looking at the forum.
I guess something went wrong with the file association, check they file-type settings in your system settings for html files
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

Sry, the image was fixed.
I see the configure of file assocations is correct. But why does Dolphin recognize html as perl with the code line "use strict"? Did you check it? |

Just did, same here. I suggest you file a bug report against Dolphin on https://bugs.kde.org and provide the bug number here so I can confirm it
