For Dolphin 20.08.3 and older (I don't know if this has changed in newer versions):
The view in a dolphin window doesn't automatically scroll to the selected file/folder when the window is resized.
For example:
There are 1000 files in a folder and file 400 is selected, now if the window is tiled or resized,
the selected file scrolls out of view and some other section of files (like file 500-600) is now shown instead of the selected file.

Is this behaviour intended?
I'm not sure if I should report it as bug considering it's just a UI "improvement"
