Hi Guys,
Before I begin this is what I am running; Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20210210 KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.5 Kernel Version: 5.10.12-1-default I also have 2 NAS drives formatted to BTRFS which mount on start up in the Fstab file. When I use Dolphin to MOVE a file or folder from the internal drive to a NAS folder it gives an error saying access or permission denied. I do not get this message if it is from the NAS to the internal drive, or between the folders on the NAS. To resolve this error I click retry several times and it actually does moves the item in the end. But note that if I want to just copy, it does it without any errors. Any suggestions or help is appreciated in advance Thanks - Steve |

I have the same problem moving or copying files in the same computer using Dolphin 20.12.3 on Manjaro..
- Copy from one disk to other, have no issue. - Move from one disk to other, shows the message "Acces denied to '/path/to/file'.", but file is moved without any problem, refresh the folder, and file doesn't exists on the origin and exists on the destiny. |
