I have a setup issue but can't find where. It could be in my Desktop directory. If I double-click a file top open it, Dolphin systematically asks me to choose the application to open the file. I just want the default app, like okular for pdf files. In my Desktop directory, all I have for Dolphin is

What do I need to do to fix this?
