dolphin and zfs?

Thu Feb 12, 2009 11:59 am
i have an opensolaris-server here. gnome with nautilus supports the snaphsots-feature of zfs so you can access via a timeslider to the past snapshots (opensolaris nautilus time-slider).

is tihs also possible with dolphin? is is somthing planned?

I do not believe this is currently possible. You may wish to file a feature request at bugs.kde.org. The KDE on Windows team would also benefit, as they could use it for the File Revisions functionality on Windows ( meaning the code would be abstracted )

hm, i will try it with a feature request... the things is, that zfs has so much nice features, it would be sad if kde won't support them. special becouse gnome with nautilus can do.. :)
