Yesterday I found a very nice work named ComicBook Thumbnail Plugin, http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.ph ... ent=114266 , that like the author says is "a thumbnail creator for KDE 4 that enables previewing ComicBook Reader files (.cbz, .cbr, .cbt) in Dolphin and elsewhere".
