Gedit executes instead of Dolphin from applications.

Vasilis-Palamas Registered Member Posts 1 Karma 0	Gedit executes instead of Dolphin from applications. Tue Jun 18, 2013 9:35 am My problem appears first time, after the insertion of a DVD in drive. The pop up forma named "Available Devices" appears with the prompt "Open with FIle Manager" But upon clicking on it, the gedit window emerges with an error message, instead of FIle Manager. Please help.

Dolphin or Konqueror) then you may also wish to check the file association for the type "inode/directory". It should also be set to a proper file manager. If making both those changes appears to have no impact, run "kbuildsycoca4 --noincremental" then logout and back in again. KDE Sysadmin [img]content/bcooksley_sig.png[/img]
