Hey everyone

I'm running linux mint cinnamon 64 bit at the moment using the Dolphin file manager.
I was wondering if there was any way you can install the KDE file dialog in DEs other than KDE? It would really help since the GTK file dialog isn't very customizable in the sense that you can't view your images in previews just like in Dolphin.

Any response would be much appreciated, thank you

I've tried just about everything to get the packages, but it's not working. Firefox still is using the GTK dialog no matter what I do.
For this reason i've installed KDE for the time being.

From what I recall, Firefox requires a specific addon to be installed alongside it which acts as a plugin and provides KDE theming to it. Because Firefox (like other Mozilla applications) works in a rather unusual way, the normal methods for getting Gtk applications to use the KDE file picker, etc do not apply to it.
