dolphin plugins (subversion)

Thu Dec 19, 2013 10:30 pm
Is there any documentation anywhere on the kdesdk dolphin plugins, in particular for svn? I want to know what version of the subversion working copy it supports.

I'm afraid the only kind of documentation for the SVN plugin is what can be found in its source code:

http://quickgit.kde.org/?p=dolphin-plug ... 0da4&f=svn

I'm not entirely sure if I understand your question concerning the "version of the subversion working copy" though. The plugin uses the "svn" executable installed on the system to interact with the working copy. As long as "svn" can work with the working copy, the plugin should be able to deal with it as well.

Thanks, that answers my question. The format of the subversion "working copy", that is the local representation of what has been checked out, status, etc., has changed several times with major subversion version, and typically subversion clients support a particular format of it. If it uses the cli from the local subversion (server) install, then that answers it.
