Sir dolphin file browser is not showing files properly on ntfs file systems.
Sir dolphin browser is working perfectly on Linux file systems well but when I try to access my external harddisk of size 1TB which was formatted as ntfs, it is not showing file count and folder count correctly. I have a directory which contains 1000 subdirectories in which again each subdirectory contains 7 to 8 MP3 files. Now if I try to open the above directory in dolphin it is showing message as 0 files found. If I try to open the same directory in other browsers like Windows explorer, nautilus I am able to see all my files properly. The same is repeating for all huge volumes of directories. Kindly rectify the above issue. Regards, Rupesh. |

I can't replicate this - I have a 500mg external drive formatted NTFS with a subdirectory of 1,400 mostly mp3 folders all of which display the proper file/folder counts
thought your file counts are incorrect can you open and access the folders and files within with Dolphin? can you provide detail of you installation: - distro and version - KDE version - NTFS-35 version |

Also, please provide approximate counts of the number of files/folders that the NTFS formatted drive is supposed to contain?
