Disabling Notifications Doesn't Restore File Progress Dialog

AIUI, Normally you can enable Dolphin's file progress dialog by disabling the"Notifications" tray icon's "File Transfers and Jobs". And I'm fairly certain that's worked for me before.

But now when I do that, even though the tray notification for file operations is now mercifully gone, Dolphin still doesn't show its file progress dialog.

It *was* working fine before, but then it just stopped. It's hard to be certain what did it, but IIRC, I *think* the problem started when I acidentally deleted my main task/tray panel and had to rebuild it.

I seriously could have sworn I'd rebooted (or at least logged out and back in) since disabling the "File Transfers and Jobs" for the "Notifications" tray icon's settings. But apperently I must not have, because after my most recent reboot, *now* it's working. So n/m :)
