I'm new on this forum.
I'm ubuntu user from 4 years, but I have decided to install Kubuntu only a last month.
Today, for much reason, I reinstalled kubuntu 14.04(64bit) on my pc, but I have a little problem:

I create a dolphin launcher, but when click on it, Kubuntu send me this message

What is the problem? What can I do?

sounds like a permission problem, either you don't own or have write permissions to the file if it already exists or to the folder
