Eject CD/DVD

Sun Feb 15, 2015 10:45 am
Hello,
I don't see a menu item for ejecting CDs/DVDs under Dolphin. I can of course umount the drive using a console command (umount). What do I miss? I run Linux/Mint 17.1 with KDE 4.14.2. Thanks for your help

No menu item but it should be in the shown places panel (F9) on the bottom under devices, right click and select eject

Also can be ejected from the system tray using the the "device notifier"

regards from the northeastern U.S. where snow just coming, and coming and soon will be coming again

Thanks a lot -- and congratulations on M. Shiffrin and T. Ligety winning gold medals
at the Skiing World Championship in Colorado. Of course - we (Austrians) won quite
a lot of them too - but then - winter sports is one of the few categories where we can
compete quite easily with the rest of the world...
