Hello everyone:
My apologies if this is not the most correct area to post my problem in. I have been searching the internet and this site but not been able to locate the answer: When I used to use Konqueror in the past and right clicked on a media file in the Dolphin file manager, a Menu would open and give me a fantastic option (among others) so that I could choose to convert the media file into another format, example: to convert a WAV file into an MP3, or an MPG file into an MP3. The options I do see now when right clicking on the media file are: Open in new window Open in new tab Cut Copy Move to trash Rename Open with Preview in Actions Compress Properties I do not get the option to convert media files on my newly installed system as far as I can see and have tried uninstalling KDE and Konqueror and reinstalling them without any luck. Is this great option still available in Konqueror? If anyone has any ideas, I’d be very grateful for your input, Thank you all very much in advance. ![]() |

You need to add an additional service menu like one of the following:
http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php/Av ... ent=167558 http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php/au ... tent=12608 http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php/Pe ... tent=25766 |
