Hi

another episode of my upgrading to Kubuntu 15.10.
I love Dolphin, this is why I try to understand the issues I come into.

Now Dolphin is showing me unusual icons for folders, and quite a few mimetypes don't have an icon, and
are shown blank (instead of a generic icon). In this case I can see the error message in the Konsole:

QPixmap::scaled: Pixmap is a null pixmap

On the other hand, everything works fine with konqueror: the folder icons are ok, and no file get an empty icon.

See screenshots, where I have created a "dead.letter" to see the "no icon" issue.

Of course I could try to manually add all the mimetypes that dolphin doesn't know.
(for instance many audio and video types are shown blank). But did I miss something ?
And why don't konqueror and dolphin look for the same icons ? Aren't they unified in the KDE system ?

thanks for any hint

update: this "bug" doesn't show up if I use dolphin4 instead of dolphin
