I'm running kde-4.14.3 with Dolphin 4.14.10 on FreeBsd 11.0
Until yesterday I've always been able to browse Windows workgroups with Dolphin by selecting Networks and clicking on Samba Shares but now it just sits there continuously showing "Loading folder" in the status bar without finding anything but sometimes I get the error message "Unable to find any workgroups in your local network. This may be caused by an enabled firewall". I haven't knowingly changed anything since it was working yesterday and I don't have any firewall. This appears to be just a Dolphin issue because Samba appears to be working normally:
And I can mount samba shares from the Windows PC's with mount_smbfs without any problems. Where should I start looking to find the cause of the problem? |
