Hello KDE-Forum!

I wanted to open *.asc (pgp-signatures, blue) with my own bash-script from dolphin. The problem is, that dolphin somehow always treats them as plain-text-files and opens them in Kate (red). How can I make it open with my own script (green)?

Thanks
Holger

A bug report: Bug 346754 - File association for *.asc files not working - https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=346754

- The bug report has a workaround: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=346754#c1
- Will be fixed with the Qt 5.8.X: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=346754#c8
