Hello I'm using openSUSE Tumbleweed with KDE Plasma 5.10.5. So I have a pretty new version installed. But my search function is not working properly since some time.

When I search for pdf and odf documents I enable "Content" and "Search from here" but I doesn't discover my documents in the folder and also not in the subfolders.
So when I go to /home/user/Documents/work and perform a search I don't get results from my search.

I have to turn on "everywhere" to make it work. But actually I get many more results as when I search only a specific folder.

Does anybody has the same problem here.

Is it the normal behavior of the baloosearch that I cannot search for special characters.

I'm not able to search for "80 %" OR "§ 273" or "500 $"
