KDE Dolphin won't connect to FTP
Error message given is "Could not connect to host localhost" after trying for about 5 seconds
The server is ftp://10.0.0.86:2211/
Ironically it DOES connect to localhost and as far as I can tell, only to localhost
It won't connect to public ftp servers and gives the same message
