Hello everybody,

I wrote a .desktop file and put it into ~/.kde/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus.
The file contains the following:

[Desktop Entry]
Actions=Amarok abspielen sofort;

ServiceTypes=
Type=Service

X-KDE-ServiceTypes=KonqPopupMenu/Plugin,,audio/*
X-KDE-Submenu=

After closing and restarting dolphin ... nothing has changed in the context menu.
What am I missing?

The KDE4 service menus are at:
~/.kde/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus/
and
/usr/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus/

The new KF5 service menus are at:
~/.local/share/kservices5/ServiceMenus/
and
/usr/share/kservices5/ServiceMenus/


At here, Dolphin 17.12, adding your desktop file to the ~/.local/share/kservices5/ServiceMenus/

I searched the web for several hours without success ... and you made it happen so easily! It works like a charm. Very beautiful.

I have edited the german ubuntuusers wiki as it has a lengthy article on KDE service menus ... (of course with the outdated paths). ... Thank you again!
