Preview-Mode is default on

Fri May 11, 2018 10:17 pm
Hi,
since my last update (Suse Tumbleweed, Dolphin 18.04.0) I have the issue, that the preview mode is on per default where before off was the default.
If I toggle the preview mode, dolphin remembers it correctly for this folder, but in every not yet visited it is on. While I think this feature is good for media folders, I dont need the preview for all other folders and its a bit annoying and ihmo space wasting :-\ .

Is this intended behaviour?
Is there a setting/switch where I can set the default value for the preview mode? (I couldnt find one in the settings dialog)

Thanks in advance

Configure Dolphin > General > Behavior > View >

x Remember properties for each folder
0 Use common properties for all folders

The "remember properties for each folder" setting was enabled, its the way I want it.
Nevertheless: setting it to "common for all", go to a directory, disable preview, restart dolphin and re-enable "remember state" did the trick for me.

Thank you =)
