Whenever a Dolphin window is showing a directory within the current user's home, the "Folders" panel automatically hides everything outside of the user's home dir.

I could've sworn it didn't used to do that. But regardless...

How do I force Dolphin's "Folders" panel to ALWAYS show the entire filesystem?
