Hi, I wonder if anyone has come acros this issue. I have just set up KDE Neon on an 'oldish' Samsung S3520 laptop. I tried the ISO out on a USB key and it worked fine. Now that I have it in the system I can't get folders to open and I get this error message. "Unable to create io-slave. klauncher said: Error loading '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins/kf5/kio/file.so'." Tried to get into the root folder but can't get this to open either! Not confident enough on Terminal to try it there. Thanks

You should just need to log off or reboot. Some updates need that, but there is no warning given.
