Installed Neon Kde 5.14.1, and so far I'm pleased with it. Fast, smooth and
stable, you can't ask for more. However, I have an issue with Dolphin: I'm
unable to download new services from Setting - Services. It warns me it fails
to access providers and download from https://download.kde.org/ocs/providers.
That is the default URL. The same issue happens with trying to download new
themes from Setting.
¿Any solution, please?
