Dear all,

I cannot see any thumbnail for pictures and videos from Smartphone connected through USB using both options transfer file or Pictures.

The Smartphone is Honor p9 lite.

I use Kubuntu 18.04.

Thumbnail works for both images and videos from other usb device (no smartphones) or locally.

Any Ideas?

Have you tried to raise the 'Skip previews for remote files above' ?
