The server does not support the parameters listed in the XML

I use Dolphin to connect webdav (Nextcloud - Yandex Disk)
and get an error when using Russian letters and the name of a file or folder. :(

The server was unable to maintain the liveness of the properties listed in the propertybehavior XML element
or you attempted to overwrite a file while requesting that files are not overwritten.
Otherwise, the request would have succeeded.

If you use nautilus or nemo explorer, then there are no problems with renaming files :o
