Everything about my animation process is wrong

Okay so I basically have no idea what I'm doing but here we go anyway. After using Krita for a few years to polish my ability to draw, I have decided to attempt my first animation. However, because my preferred animation app, TVPaint, is currently not compatible with my primary tablet, I decided to rely on Krita for animation as well. Everything was fine and dandy at first, but the lack of memory Krita has to offer really became an issue when my three-layer project reached 107 frames on each layer. I basically have three options; I can either muster up enough memory to finish the entire animation on Krita, muster up slightly less memory so I can just finish the scene I am on and then just start a new project for every scene which would then be combined together at the very end in a separate program, or export what I currently have to TVPaint to finish the linework (I currently have only linework and no color) and then back to Krita for coloring and textures. The main problem with the first two solutions is I don't really understand how to add or do anything with memory, and the problem with the third solution is that not only is the animation from Krita rendered as a single layer in TVPaint, it is rendered as a single IMAGE. I know it seems like a lot of effort to just keep a few seconds of animation, but I'm really proud of what I've made so far, and it took me a long time to come this far. If anyone has any advice or answers, I would very much appreciate it.
