In the last three months, when trying to use the kio-gdrive service, I have come across the message: "The 'Sign in with Google' option is temporarily disabled for this app".

I looked in some places and saw that it is a known problem: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=415089.

At first I thought I could wait for it to be resolved, but given the time, I imagine that someone has already found a solution, at least provisional.
