Unable to create io-slave. Can not find 'kioslave5' executable at '/usr/bin, /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/libexec, /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/libexec/kf5, /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libexec/kf5'

How can this be fixed since am not able to view my file folders

A little bit more information about your installation would be helpful. The first thing to do would be to check you haven't hit a snag in an update, e.g. rerun a system update

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
