I've been looking for a service or plugin for dolphin to colorize my files(not FOLDERS)

Hm, I fear I don't actually understand what you want to colorize, the various file types have different icons already, depending on the icon theme you use those are more or less colorful. Maybe try changing the Icon theme in the System Settings?

FWIW. this of course won't work if you use the File Preview as default for all file types
