Whenever I right-click in most folders, an "Open With" menu appears. I seriously want to remove that
Is that possible?

Because it's annoying. I've been using KDE since 2006 or so and I don't really remember having this menu there, so every time I try to create a new folder that menu is there. It's super annoying.

Just because you don't use it doesn't mean it has its reason, and I use it quite often...

I think there's a miscommunication problem from my side
I don't want it removed for everybody, I just want to remove it from my desktop

As a freedom advocate, I would never want to impose myself on others, but I do want to customize my desktop to my liking.

I am not a developer, but I guess you would have to modify the sources to your needs and recompile it.
