I just switched to Dolphin. It seems great but there is one big problem: USB drives show up under "Removable Devices" but when I try to access them I get a message "The file or folder /media/(username)/(drivelabel) does not exist". This is pretty odd since they can be accessed with Nautilus or the command line without problems.

Is there some package or driver missing? I am using PopOS with gnome desktop.

I came here to ask the same thing. I'm on Ubuntu 20.04 and I get the same error when trying to access USB devices. I can access them on all the other file managers I tried and even in the old version of Dolphin available on Software center but I can't access them using Dolphin 20.12.2 and 20.12.3

Sorry that you are having this problem too. Hopefully somebody else will chime in.
