What issues, if any, can I expect if I switch the default file manager from dolphin to nautilus, on Ubuntu 20.10 with Plasma desktop?

If Dolphin is not the default file manager, does that mean it will no longer manage the trash bin according to its rules, for instance, not exceeding 10% of total disk space (if so configured)?
