Unavailable Metadata

Hi.
I have Dolphin ver.20.12.2 with KDE ver.5:111 on Debian11.
Some metadata (like stars of rating ad tags from exif / xpm) are unavailable from file property and any metadata is unavailable in details view of Dolphin.
I run baloo with KFileMetaData ver.5.78.

What's the problem?
