How to make Dolphin show preview for .cbr comic books?

.cbz files are previewing just fine, but .cbr are just showing up with the blank paper icon. I've tried running

okular thumbnail:///path/to/.cbz or .cbr
but that seems to work fine for both types of files.

Debian 10.11 (KDE pre-installed), UNRAR 5.61 beta 1 freeware
"About Dolphin": Dolphin 18.08.0, KDE Frameworks 5.54.0, Qt 5.11.3 (5.11.3), xcb windowing system
