I can no longer trash things. Get the error message stating that the trash is full. However:
I deleted the contents of that dir, but still get the same message. Any idea? |

~/.local/share/Trash/files will contain the files
~/.local/share/Trash/info will contain info about the file's original location, etc. If you manually delete the files, you will want to delete the contents of the info directory as well https://specifications.freedesktop.org/ ... c-1.0.html

Thanks for that. Unfortunately, the info dir is empty as well. ![]() |

I have no idea.
Right click on the trash icon in Dolphin there and check your Trash settings. You can also get there from Dolphin's settings menu. You can at least increase the size, at least temporarily, while you investigate. Also, you may possibly have multiple trash cans, if you have multiple drives.

Hmmm, emptying in Dolphin worked! There were files there that are not in ~/.local/share/Trash ... So where are they actually? Weird.
