On one of my 4 KDE Neon installs whenever I click any icon from any panel Systemd invokes Dolphin with a new tab that states "Loading cancelled" then the application is launched. Here is the syslog showing some warnings from kf.coreaddons and kf.kio.core about finding a file when a folder was expected. If I use the launcher or konsole the application runs fine. It only happens on one installation of 4 so I have borked something and cannot find meanings for warnings via searching. Below is a syslog I get after running nixnote2 and then anydesk. Each time Systemd creates an additional tab in Dolphin. Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction?

For some reason if you use the launcher, select an app thru search, right mouse click on the app and select Add to Panel (Widget), it causes dolphin to run adding an new tab when you launch the app from the panel. Instead select Pin to Task Manager. Then app will be launched without interference from dolphin.
