Hi,

I had trouble with dolphin finding context menu files in ~/.local/share/kservices5/ServiceMenus

I realized there is a problem witch causes the error message

Code: Select all
void StartupSettingsPage::showSetDefaultDirectoryError()
{
    KMessageBox::error(this, i18nc("@info", "The location for the home folder is invalid or does not exist, it will not be applied."));
}

which comes from void StartupSettingsPage::applySettings() see https://invent.kde.org/system/dolphin/- ... gspage.cpp

But what exactly means this error?

thanks
