Hi everybody,
i use winamp for windows via wine. It runs perfectly.
One of the great features with kde 3.5 was that i can drag & drop files between konqueror (or dolphin/kde3) to winamp's playlist and have files added.
I've tried with kde 4.2.3 and this doesn't work anymore. It seems that the wine application receives some wrong filenames via the drag & drop operation.
This isn't a wine problem, i've verified with gnome's nautilus and the drag & drop is simply perfect, as it was amazing with konqueror/kde3.

Is this the right place to ask help about the problem?

My system
Opensuse 11.1/32 bit, Kde 4.2.3 stable.

This would probably be a bug in the D&D functionality of Dolphin, which Konqueror uses to show files. Please file a bug report at bugs.kde.org aganist Dolphin, if it doesn't already exist.

Maybe one can open a bug for Dolphin/Konqueror within KDE4.

I did encounter the same bug for a while .... about 5 month.
