Dolphin lets you easily change the default location for when it starts up, but not so for when an application opens the "Open File" dialog. For me in OpenSUSE, the default location is "/home/username/Documents/" and I can't seem to find where I can change it.
If I rename the "Documents" folder, the "Open File" dialog revers to "/home/username/". I'm guessing the location is a default in Dolphin and not the program calling Dolphin, as its the same location for every program I've tried. |

Thanks, I hadn't noticed that was there. In case anyone else is looking to change the default folder, it took a restart before the changes took effect.
