can i customize kwrite to directly execute C programs , and to write the error to specified log file ,
if yes where will i get reference material

You will need to customise the source of KWrite itself to achieve this. I would recommend asking on the kwrite-devel mailing list about this, as it pertains to the development of a application.

This seems like more of a Kate thing than a Kwrite thing - the distinction being that Kwrite is just the editor, while Kate provides a lot of functionality on top of kwrite like sessions and plugins.
Kate already has a Build plugin which will run make on your project, as well as a Run Script tool which you could use to run a custom script which runs the built executable and pipes the output into your pre-configured log file.
If your project is very simple, you could put the build and run steps together into a single script and do it all in one step.
